Coach Certification Information
To become certified to coach a CYO team, you will need to:
- Download and complete the Criminal Background Check (CBC) form
- Return the completed CBC form, along with the preferred certification class date, to the contact(s) listed below:
- Anthony Berlanga ( PC Email )
- NOTE: Please do not fax or mail the CBC to the Chancery as the CBC needs to be submitted through CYO.
- NOTE: St Mark will pay the necessary fees for the CBC and the Coach Certification class.
- The class date will need to be confirmed before one attends the class
Coach Certification is valid for 3 years
CBC forms must be submitted every 3 years
